Our bespoke design and install procurement and supervision service can be streamlined or have as much added detailing as your project requires.
The Process
To start, a free initial consultation onsite or via Zoom to discuss your vision, approximately 30 mins.
Sequence of Design Elements:
Site Basemap- mapped and drawn up at appropriate scale incorporating all relevant hard and soft landscaping elements
Plant and Materials Palette created based on client brief and site delivered remotely for approval
Design Meeting to more fully articulate all palette elements, via Zoom
To-scale Sketch Plan- first design concept emailed
Final design meeting to specify any adjustments needed
To scale Master Plan- final ‘Contract’ plan incorporating all hard-landscaping elements
Planting Plan- overlay to Master Plan incorporating all plant material
Plant List for the nursery order
Budget for Planting and found elements eg. water features and boulders
Added Detailing:
Elevations/Perspectives for details eg pergolas
Specification details eg trash enclosures
Lighting plan
Sample procurement/delivery
Research and development of materials and plant palette
Installation
Once the design has been approved and a contractor has been assigned I/we will be onsite for the first few hours minimum to place plants and direct the contractor. This would be by separate negotiation to the design.
